Very pretty resort. Grounds and pool are well maintained. They could use stronger AC in the reception area. Had a great view of the arch from our room. We did the all inclusive package and have to say that their all inclusive meals are definitely not like other all inclusive plans. Food was fresh and tasty. And believe it or not their adult beverages were not watered down. Overall had a great time.

Beautiful place, great food, amazing service!! Joel at the pool area was phenomenal! Made our days so enjoyable by keeping the drinks, snacks, and more drinks at the ready!

This was our first all inclusive experience at a resort. Everything except the elevator was wonderful. The main elevator in building #2 was unventilated, hot, stuffy, stinky, and slow. We want to acknowledge Iracema for her excellent service at the breakfast buffet. We sat inside to stay cooler, and she was very attentive, friendly, and just plain awesome. Also, kudos to Valeria for marshaling the daily volleyball games. The guys were very competitive, but most still had fun. Most all of our seven days were AT the pools. We very much enjoyed poolside service by Freddie. Even though I’m addicted to cruising, which is also all inclusive, I would come back to this resort.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff was very friendly. The place was ultra clean. Different all inclusive options to pick from based on what you’re doing that day. Lots of good food and adult beverages to pick from. Our server Jesus Castro was the best ever. He kept up with our requests as fast as anyone could. I’d ask for him if we visit this place again.

Just finished up a week long trip here. The entire staff was fantastic. However, there were multiple people who made a lasting impression. Eduardo from the pool was above and beyond with his kind service and attentiveness. He took time to make sure we were well, got to know us, and was a very hard worker. We purposely stayed in his section the whole week because he was just that fantastic. He is a great man. Oswaldo from the towel service bar was a very nice man, and greeted us kindly each morning. He was very helpful and made sure we were doing well. Armando was fantastic with food delivery, being very kind and joyous each time we saw him. Lastly, Samuel had been our server at Neptune multiple times and he was amazing. He was kind and paid close attention to make sure we were well. All of these gentleman deserve to be recognized for their hard work. We additionally had gone to the spa and all of the women who helped us there were very kind. Yessi was the person who helped me and she did a great job. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was phenomenal. They were very attentive to detail and kind each time we saw them. I have been impressed by all of the people I have met. Overall the staff was fantastic and I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Every person involved in this operation clearly works hard and goes above and beyond. The care this resorts staff has for its guests is phenomenal.

Diego was one of the best waiters that we encountered every morning for our breakfast at El Patron. By our second day he knew what we needed without asking, my granddaughter loves strawberries and even though they weren’t part of the spread Diego would make sure she had them. Emmanuel was also very attentive to our whole group. There was 16 of us travels and we would all come in at different times and never did we feel anything other than welcomed. Cant wait to go back! Thank you so much Diego and Emmanuel.

I’m sitting here on my last day listening to the waves crash against the shore. Staring at the beautiful and famous Cabo Arch and the land formations. The ocean is just beautiful with its blue and green colors sparkling in the sun! It’s been a wonderful trip. I want to focus on the service. There is nothing more welcoming than the employees remembering your name. We were greeted every morning at breakfast by Gloria. By the last day she not only remembered our names but our room number. She was a true sport teaching my determined husband Spanish. Our first morning we had Ruizel. He was very friendly and provided us an exceptional start to our first day! Most mornings we had Elizabeth serve us breakfast. Talk about the sweetest lady with her Spanish Charm! We got to celebrate her birthday with her. The staff surprised her by singing happy birthday and let her blow out her candles. At that moment I realized we were in the right resort! Everyone is family and they truly value each other and their guests! The pools are amazing and the weight staff is truly on their game. They were running their butts off in the heat making sure everyone was taken care of. Freddy, Juan , Esquivel, Joel and Ramon all took very good care of us. I highly recommend any of their sections. All in all we had the best time and will definitely be back! Until next time Del Arco our home away from home!
